You need a place where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Stress gets the best of all of us sometimes, and then the worries take over.
They sound like this: “How will I get everything done?” “What if I fail, and someone is disappointed?”
Some days the self-doubt is more than you can talk yourself out of.
You work hard, and you want to get it right.
Other people’s approval matters more than you’d admit out loud.
Every decision gets checked and rechecked, and you’re harder on yourself than anyone else would ever be.
If all of the noise stopped and you could trust yourself, that would be different, wouldn’t it?

What I’d love is to come alongside you and find the roots of your suffering, including where the self-doubt first took hold.
Individual therapy is just that: individual.
You’re unique, and so is your treatment.
I do long-term, deeper work, so you can make the adjustments you need to heal, grow and thrive.
First, I want to hear your story and how you got to where you are now.
Next, we look at how stress affects you, so I can understand how your nervous system has adapted and what your body learned to watch out for.
Then we talk about your values, your priorities and your strengths.
Only then do we put together a plan that fits you, using whichever tools the work calls for.

Sometimes a few reliable strategies come first, to get you past what’s pressing, and then we turn to the patterns in your life that aren’t working.
If you missed learning key skills for handling emotions and relationships, DBT gives you practical ones.
If you know what to do and still can’t follow through, Brainspotting uses where you look to reach the deeper parts of your brain, where the follow-through breaks down.
When neither fits, I’ll adjust to you with a variety of other tools, and all of it happens here in session, in conversation, with no worksheets waiting for you at home.
Imagine not being consumed by your thoughts and responsibilities, or by every question that starts with “what if.”
You want peace, and most of all, you want to trust yourself and look at your life and your choices with grounded confidence that you can handle whatever comes next.
Someone is disappointed, and you don’t rewrite your whole week around it.
